"Your Life in Focus" Photo Contest Finalists

Please vote for your favorite photo by completing the form at the bottom of this page.

The public will be able to vote online for one of the 13 finalists as their favorite photo from June 16, 2010 through June 30, 2010. Only one vote is allowed per e-mail address per day. The photograph that receives the highest number of votes will be the Grand Prize Winner. Second Prize will be awarded to the photograph with the second-highest number of votes.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS—Winners will be notified by phone or email using the information provided on the contestant's entry form. If Hart Eye Center is unable to contact a winner within five (5) business days, then an alternate winner may be selected at Hart Eye Center's discretion.
