Dr. Hart is an ophthalmologist specializing in laser refractive surgery, corneal transplant surgery and muscle and lid surgery. Throughout his career, Dr. Hart has performed more than 3,000 LASIK surgeries and over 30,000 cataract procedures. Under Dr. Hart's direction, Hart Eye Center has been designated a LaserVision Center of Excellence.

Dr. Hart received two bachelors’ degrees from McNeese State University and his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed his ophthalmology training and internship at Charity Hospital in New Orleans.

Dr. Menard is an optometrist treating patients of all ages. Through examinations and testing he is able to assess and diagnose vision problems and eye diseases, enabling him to prescribe corrective measures and treatment.

Dr. Menard has been awarded the Southern College of Optometry Outstanding Clinician Award and the Sam Horner Award for Excellence in Pediatric Optometry.

Dr. Menard received his Bachelor of Science from McNeese State University and his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, where he graduated with honors. He completed his training at the Eye Center at Southern College of Optometry and the Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans.
