Dr. Hart is an ophthalmologist specializing in laser refractive surgery, corneal transplant surgery and muscle and lid surgery. Throughout his career, Dr. Hart has performed more than 4,000 LASIK surgeries and over 40,000 cataract procedures.

Dr. Hart received two bachelors’ degrees from McNeese State University and his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed his ophthalmology training and internship at Charity Hospital in New Orleans.
