William Hart, MD

As a specialist in eye surgery, Dr. Hart is highly trained and experienced in laser refractive surgery, cataract surgery, corneal transplant surgery and muscle and lid surgery.

• Earned two bachelor's degrees from McNeese State University

• Medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine

• Completed ophthalmology training and internship at Charity Hospital in New Orleans

• Has performed more than 3,000 LASIK procedures

• Hart Eye Center was designated a LaserVision Center of Excellence under Dr. Hart's direction

• Dr. Hart and his wife, Maureen, have four children, Matthew, Michael, David and Emily

Keith Menard, OD

Dr. Menard, a Lake Charles native, received his Bachelor of Science from McNeese State University and his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, graduating with honors.

• Awarded the Southern College of Optometry Outstanding Clinician Award and the Dr. Sam Horner Award for Excellence in Pediatric Optometry.

• Trained at the Eye Center at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis and the Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans.

Elaine Dyer is Hart Eye Center's Refractive Surgery Coordinator, serving as a representative to each LASIK patient from their first screening, through their LASIK procedure, all the way to their post-operative care.
